RETURNS:
We want you to adore your purchase! Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information. If the error was made on our part, we will certainly make every effort to correct it in a timely manner. Please double-check all information at point-of-purchase. If your item is monogrammed, embroidered, or sewn to your specifications we cannot accept it for return. Please review your order when you receive it. You MUST contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if you need to return it. We do not accept exchanges. NO EXCEPTIONS.
TURNAROUND TIME:
Please allow up to 20 business days for your item to ship. Most orders, if embroidered, are shipped within 10 business days via USPS Priority Mail. If you would like your order shipped Express or overnight, this must be mentioned on your order and will cost an additional $20.
SHIPPING:
We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail. If you need your orders shipped overnight Express, this MUST be mentioned on your order and will cost $20 shipping charges. Shipping charges are a flat $5.00.
CHILD SAFETY:
All our products are made with child safety in mind. However, products embellished with small parts can be harmful to small children. Please be mindful when ordering.
